HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Des Moines, IA)

Foxglove Ridge Construction Group is a Des Moines contractor with project managers, trades and support staff. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. Site safety is non-negotiable. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on materials orders. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with materials orders. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Des Moines, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
