HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Des Moines, IA)

Rivermark Juniper Telecom is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for customer tickets, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer tickets. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with customer tickets. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Des Moines, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
