HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Denver, CO)

Westbrook Kestrel Community Partners runs community programmes across Denver. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would join a small organisation of about 34 people based in Denver. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on client intake. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with client intake. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Denver. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
