HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Denver, CO)

Bright Forge Telecom is a telecommunications provider in Denver focused on reliable home and business connections, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. You would join a small organisation of about 110 people based in Denver. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on field visits. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with field visits. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Denver. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
