HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Denver, CO)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Wren Health and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. You would join a large organisation of about 937 people based in Denver. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on referrals. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with referrals. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Denver. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
