HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Denver, CO)

Bright Kestrel Press prints books, catalogues and packaging from its Denver plant, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. You would join a small organisation of about 108 people based in Denver. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on bindery work. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with bindery work. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Denver. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
