HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Denver, CO)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Wilder Early Learning Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on enrolment. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with enrolment. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Denver. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
