HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Denver, CO)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Clear Transit Planning and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. We value plain explanations. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on fare systems. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with fare systems. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Denver. • We reply to every applicant.
