HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Denver, CO)

Fernwood Yarrow Foods produces packaged foods at its Denver plant. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on ingredient orders. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with ingredient orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Denver. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
