HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Denver, CO)

Bluepeak Harbor Telecom Group is a telecommunications provider in Denver focused on reliable home and business connections. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. Technicians and office staff share information daily. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on network equipment. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with network equipment. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Denver. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
