HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Denver, CO)

Highbridge Maple Financial provides savings, lending and payment services from Denver, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer onboarding. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with customer onboarding. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Denver, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
