HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Denver, CO)

Northwind Linden Civic Services provides shared administrative services to local governments around Denver, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on procurement. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with procurement. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Denver. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
