Silverline Timber Early Learning is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for tuition and subsidies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on tuition and subsidies. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with tuition and subsidies. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Denver. • We reply to every applicant.
