HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Denver, CO)

Lumen Clear Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Denver. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on family communication. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Denver. • We reply to every applicant.
