HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Denver, CO)

Foxglove Basin Banking Services is a regional lender in Denver with branches and a growing mobile service. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on fraud alerts. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with fraud alerts. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Denver. • We reply to every applicant.
