Foxglove Pine Auto Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for supplier deliveries, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Service hours are steady. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on supplier deliveries. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with supplier deliveries. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Denver. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
