HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Denver, CO)

We are growing our team at Cedar Sparrow Foods and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. We like people who take pride in what they make. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer specifications. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with customer specifications. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Denver. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
