HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Dallas, TX)

Summit Harbor Environmental Services is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for landfill records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 962 people based in Dallas. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on landfill records. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with landfill records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Dallas. • We reply to every applicant.
