HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Dallas, TX)

Clearpath Pine Press prints books, catalogues and packaging from its Dallas plant, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. Deadlines are tight and craftsmanship matters. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on press runs. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with press runs. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Dallas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
