HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Dallas, TX)

Rivermark Stone Transit Planning is a transit-planning firm in Dallas working with agencies and riders. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. We like people who ride the bus and notice when things do not work. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on survey data. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with survey data. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Dallas. • We reply to every applicant.
