HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Dallas, TX)

Lumen Vale Markets Group serves neighbourhoods around Dallas with fresh food and everyday goods, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. You would join a small organisation of about 137 people based in Dallas. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on store inventory. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with store inventory. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Dallas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
