HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Dallas, TX)

Harborlight Fern Farms Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for seasonal crews, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Seasons are busy and the rest of the year is for planning. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on seasonal crews. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with seasonal crews. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Dallas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
