HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Dallas, TX)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Sparrow Freight and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. On-time is the promise and we work hard to keep it. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on loads and lanes. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with loads and lanes. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Dallas. • We reply to every applicant.
