HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Dallas, TX)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Ivory Legal Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. Confidentiality and accuracy are taken very seriously. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on intake forms. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with intake forms. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Dallas. • We reply to every applicant.
