HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Dallas, TX)

We are growing our team at Cedar Union Foods and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on sanitation schedules. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with sanitation schedules. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Dallas. • We reply to every applicant.
