HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Dallas, TX)

Ironwood Maple Staffing is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for temp assignments, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 54 people based in Dallas. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on temp assignments. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with temp assignments. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Dallas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
