HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Dallas, TX)

Bluepeak Birch Environmental Services collects and processes waste and recycling around Dallas. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would join a small organisation of about 41 people based in Dallas. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on weigh tickets. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with weigh tickets. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Dallas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
