HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Dallas, TX)

Bright Basin Foods makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in Dallas, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Dallas. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on sanitation schedules. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with sanitation schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Dallas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
