HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Dallas, TX)

We are growing our team at Northwind Nest Markets and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. You would join a large organisation of about 310 people based in Dallas. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on supplier deliveries. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with supplier deliveries. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Dallas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
