HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Dallas, TX)

Redstone Kestrel Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around Dallas. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. We follow the school calendar and we like people who like learning. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on attendance records. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with attendance records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Dallas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
