HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Dallas, TX)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Ashton Care Services and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on licensing. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with licensing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Dallas. • We reply to every applicant.
