HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Dallas, TX)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Nest Insurance and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. We care about how people feel on the worst day of their year. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer complaints. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with customer complaints. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Dallas. • We reply to every applicant.
