HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Dallas, TX)

Highbridge Junction Housing is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for lease compliance, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Housing is our mission and residents are our neighbours. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on lease compliance. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with lease compliance. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Dallas. • We reply to every applicant.
