HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Dallas, TX)

Bright Wilder Property Management Group is a Dallas property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. Maintenance and leasing staff share information every day. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on vendor invoices. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with vendor invoices. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Dallas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
