HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Dallas, TX)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Timber Property Management Partners and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. You would join a small organisation of about 33 people based in Dallas. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on resident events. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with resident events. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Dallas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
