HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Dallas, TX)

Bright West Environmental Services collects and processes waste and recycling around Dallas, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. You would join a small organisation of about 15 people based in Dallas. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on collection routes. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with collection routes. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Dallas. • We reply to every applicant.
