HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Columbus, OH)

Silverline Drift Civic Services Partners works with county and city offices around Columbus. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would join a small organisation of about 42 people based in Columbus. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on procurement. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with procurement. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Columbus. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
