HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Columbus, OH)

Clearpath Lantern Early Learning is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for meal programmes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on meal programmes. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with meal programmes. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Columbus. • We reply to every applicant.
