HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Columbus, OH)

Bright Orchard Telecom provides broadband and phone service around Columbus, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Columbus. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on network equipment. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with network equipment. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Columbus. • We reply to every applicant.
