HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Columbus, OH)

Clearpath West Telecom provides broadband and phone service around Columbus, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. We invest in training. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on service installations. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with service installations. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Columbus. • We reply to every applicant.
