HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Columbus, OH)

Lumen Juniper Civic Services supports public agencies in Columbus with budgeting, records and programmes, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. Public service means patience, paperwork and pride in the outcome. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on budget submissions. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with budget submissions. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Columbus. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
