HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Columbus, OH)

Amberfield Willow Property Management looks after rental homes across the Columbus area. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. Residents are neighbours, not numbers. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on vendor invoices. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with vendor invoices. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Columbus. • We reply to every applicant.
