HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Columbus, OH)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Lantern Early Learning Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. You would join a large organisation of about 635 people based in Columbus. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on meal programmes. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with meal programmes. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Columbus. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
