HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Columbus, OH)

Nova Wren Arts Center is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for exhibitions, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 534 people based in Columbus. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on exhibitions. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with exhibitions. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Columbus. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
