HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Columbus, OH)

Nova Corner Medical Group designs and makes medical devices in Columbus. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on regulatory submissions. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory submissions. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Columbus. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
