HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Columbus, OH)

Cedar Orchard Energy delivers power and gas plans across the Columbus region. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Columbus. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on meter readings. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with meter readings. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Columbus. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
