HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Columbus, OH)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Iron Pharma and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. You would join a small organisation of about 49 people based in Columbus. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on cleanroom operations. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with cleanroom operations. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Columbus. • We reply to every applicant.
