HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Columbus, OH)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Beacon Water Authority Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. You would join a large organisation of about 857 people based in Columbus. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on capital projects. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with capital projects. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Columbus, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
