HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Columbus, OH)

Greenridge Amber Property Management Partners looks after rental homes across the Columbus area, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. Residents are neighbours, not numbers. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on unit turnovers. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with unit turnovers. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Columbus, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
