HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Columbus, OH)

Bright Rook Learning Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for enrolment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 31 people based in Columbus. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on enrolment. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with enrolment. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Columbus. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
